Zusammenfassung

Belmont Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recovery Worker for a full-time contract in the Barnet area. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a 37.5-hour week and an initial 3-month contract.

You will manage a caseload of clients with drug and alcohol histories, perform key working and group sessions, and liaise with external agencies. A safeguarding-focused approach and experience with harm reduction are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with clients with drug and alcohol histories.
• Understanding of safeguarding interventions and care planning.
• Experience with harm intervention/harm reduction approaches.

Aufgaben

• Manage a caseload of clients in Barnet.
• Carry out key working and group sessions with clients.
• Liaise with external agencies to coordinate care.
• Apply safeguarding interventions when required and work to care plans.
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and reviews.
