Job summary

Belmont Recruitment are seeking an experienced Recovery Worker for a full-time role in Barnet. You will manage a caseload of clients with drug and alcohol histories, deliver key working and group sessions, and liaise with external agencies to support care plans.

The role requires safeguarding awareness and experience in harm reduction. Working 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) for an initial 3-month contract with potential extension and a salary of £20-£23 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience working with clients with drug/alcohol histories.
• Understanding of safeguarding interventions and care plans.
• Ability to manage a caseload and deliver group sessions.
