Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Senior Joiner in Castle Cary who is keen to step off the tools and move into a management role. The role provides direct progression to management and hands-on leadership within a small, developing business.

You will oversee joinery projects from enquiry to installation, work with an experienced Workshop Manager and Directors, and receive 1-on-1 training in estimating, procurement and client management.

• Oversee joinery projects from enquiry through to installation.
• Collaborate with the Workshop Manager to oversee production and project delivery.
• Receive training in operations management: estimating, quotations, budgeting and procurement.
