Responsibilities

• Manage internal team, day-to-day manufacturing activities and drive sales of bespoke joinery range.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Lead, support and motivate production managers, team leaders and site staff to ensure strong performance.
• Plan and coordinate labour, materials and equipment while monitoring budgets and performance.
• Act as main client contact, handle queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain systems, health & safety standards, and continuously improve processes.

The role of the General Manager - Manufactured Joinery will involve:

• General Manager position responsible for managing the internal team, day-to-day manufacturing activities and driving sales across the a bespoke joinery product range
• Oversee daily operations to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Lead, support, and motivate production managers, team leaders and site staff, ensuring strong team performance
• Plan and coordinate labour, materials, and equipment while monitoring budgets and performance
• Act as a main client contact, handling queries and resolving issues professionally
• Maintain systems, health & safety standards, and continuously improve processes and ways of working
• May be a requirement to visit site when needed
