Ernest Gordon Recruitment is helping a market-leading manufacturer in Warrington recruit a Workshop Supervisor (Bespoke Joinery). You will oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operation, drive OTIF delivery and lead a skilled production team.

With a background in woodworking, carpentry or timber manufacturing, you’ll implement continuous improvement, manage budgets and ensure health, safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience as Production Supervisor in woodworking, carpentry, or timber manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day manufacturing operation.
• Oversee production planning to ensure OTIF delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement, quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Manage production budgets, purchasing and cost reduction initiatives.
• Develop, train and mentor the production team.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Manage maintenance of machinery and production facilities.
