Experience leading manufacturing teams in woodworking or timber

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day-to-day manufacturing operation
Oversee production planning to ensure OTIF delivery
Drive continuous improvement, quality and manufacturing efficiency
Manage production budgets, purchasing and cost reduction initiatives
Develop, train and mentor the production team
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
Manage maintenance of machinery and production facilities
