Job summary
NPAworldwide Recruitment Network is seeking a hands-on Senior Software Engineer or Technical Lead to guide a live Central Government project. You will work in a collaborative Agile team, building bespoke software and providing technical direction across the full SDLC.
The role involves leading engineers, designing architectures, and delivering cloud-based solutions in AWS, with hybrid working and ongoing learning opportunities. Security clearance is a requirement for the role.
Qualifications
- Hands-on Senior Engineer or Tech Lead with strong Java development experience.
- Experience designing and building solutions in AWS.
- Full-stack development with JavaScript, React and TypeScript.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of software engineers.
- Design, develop and test bespoke software solutions.
- Provide technical direction and communicate with clients.
- Produce solution architectures and designs.
- Build full-stack apps using Java, JS, React and TypeScript.
- Design and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS.
- Create CI pipelines with GitLab.
- Manage full SDLC from requirements to delivery and maintenance.
- Deploy software to public and private clouds.
- Promote high standards of software quality and security.
