Job summary

Emplyfy, a technology services provider in the United Kingdom, is seeking a Senior IT Technician to support a diverse client portfolio within a fast-moving MSP environment. You will be the first line of technical contact, handling incidents and guiding customers through resolutions.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong networking skills, Windows Server security, Intune management, and GDPR/Cyber Essentials compliance, with excellent client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Practical experience with Cyber Essentials controls and GDPR standards.
• Experience supporting Windows and Apple devices.
• Strong networking background.
• Windows Server security and policy administration.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support as the first point of technical contact.
• Resolve hardware, software and network-related incidents.
• Attend client premises for troubleshooting, upgrades and maintenance.
• Process and manage support tickets within agreed service levels.
• Keep stakeholders informed of progress and resolutions.
• Escalate urgent matters when necessary.
• Monitor customer systems and infrastructure health.
• Maintain technical records and documentation.
• Assist with planned projects and deployments.
• Respond to high-priority support requests.
