Job summary

Emplyfy in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior IT Technician to support a diverse portfolio of clients within a fast-moving MSP environment. You will deliver expert technical support, resolve hardware, software and network incidents, and attend client premises for troubleshooting and maintenance.

As part of the role you will manage support tickets, keep stakeholders informed, monitor system health and assist with projects and deployments. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with Cyber Essentials controls and GDPR standards.
• Proficient in managing Windows and Apple devices.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-point technical support to clients.
• Resolve hardware, software and network incidents.
• Attend client premises for troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Manage support tickets within service levels.
• Escalate urgent issues when needed.
• Monitor system health and maintain documentation.
• Assist with planned projects and deployments.
• Respond to high-priority requests.
