The role requires 5+ years' experience, strong networking, Windows/Apple support, and security awareness (Cyber Essentials, GDPR). Proficiency with Intune and remote monitoring tools is desirable. Excellent communication and client-facing skills are essential.

• Knowledge of Cyber Essentials controls and GDPR standards.
• Experience supporting Windows and Apple devices.
• Strong networking background and security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support as the first point of technical contact.
• Resolve hardware, software and network-related incidents.
• Attend client premises for troubleshooting, upgrades and maintenance.
• Process and manage support tickets within agreed service levels.
• Keep stakeholders informed of progress and resolutions.
• Escalate urgent matters when necessary.
• Monitor customer systems and infrastructure health.
• Maintain technical records and documentation.
• Assist with planned projects and deployments.
• Respond to high-priority support requests.
