Job summary

Demelza Kent is seeking a Senior IT Technician to join our IT team. This hands-on role handles complex second and third line incidents, mentors a colleague, and supports infrastructure, security, and modern workplace projects.

You will be the escalation point for our systems across Kent, East Sussex and South London, working with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory and networks to keep services secure and reliable.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID and AD.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management, networking and security.
• Ability to own incidents and support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Own complex incidents through to resolution and coordinate with teams.
• Prioritise Service Desk activity and improve ticket quality.
• Investigate recurring issues and document fixes.
• Coach the IT Technician and share knowledge.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, AD, Intune, Windows endpoints, servers and SharePoint.
• Troubleshoot networks, DNS/DHCP, Wi-Fi and IP connectivity.
• Assist with patches, MFA and Conditional Access.
• Contribute to projects, migrations, testing and go-live.
