Teaching Vacancies is seeking a senior IT support post within the IT Support Team. The role reports to the Systems and Network Administrator and involves occasional travel to all campuses.

You will handle complex technical issues, lead second-line support, and contribute to IT projects across the college. You will work closely with the Systems and Network Administrator to maintain high-quality IT services, support classroom technology, and ensure safeguarding compliance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Experience providing first and second-line IT support to staff and students.
• Knowledge of Windows desktop and server environments.
• Understanding of networking, IP infrastructure and IT support processes.
