Job summary

eTeach UK Limited is seeking an IT Technician to join our busy school IT team. You will provide first and second-line support to staff and students across the campus, triaging issues and helping keep devices and services running smoothly.

The role involves preparing and supporting a range of technologies, from Microsoft 365 to Chromebooks, iPads, Macs and AV gear. Working with the IT Manager, you will assist with IT projects and ensure the reliability of network infrastructure, security checks

Qualifications

• 12 months+ IT experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory required
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support to staff and students
• Respond to helpdesk queries and troubleshoot issues across campus
• Assist with IT projects and ensure technology services run smoothly
