Job summary
PLANET RECRUITMENT SERVICES LTD seeks a Senior IT Technician (Education) to support an educational environment in Witney. You will join a small team and act as an escalation point to junior engineers, handling 2nd/3rd line issues.

My client is looking for a Senior IT Techncian to support them over the next 5 months with day to day support within an educational environment.
Working within a small team you will be an escaltion point to the junior engineer and will need to have experience of working at a 2nd/3rd line level.
You will need to have strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a customer facing environment.
