Job summary

Emplyfy is seeking a Senior IT Technician to support a diverse portfolio of clients within a fast-moving MSP environment in Amersham, United Kingdom. You will be the primary technical contact, handling incidents across hardware, software, and networks, and performing on-site troubleshooting and deployments.

The role requires up to date knowledge of Windows and Apple devices, plus a strong networking background and Windows Server security expertise.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant industry experience.
• Practical experience with Cyber Essentials controls and GDPR standards.
• Experience supporting Windows and Apple devices.
• Strong networking background and Windows Server security knowledge.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience with Intune device management and remote monitoring tools.

Package on offer:

• Earn between £30k and £40k per year, subject to experience.
