Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of related experience in systems administration, infrastructure management, IT operations, desktop support, or network administration.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, including Total Ticket Ownership (TTO) and problem management.
• Experience leading technical operations and supervising systems administration teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Total Ticket Ownership (TTO) activities and perform root cause analysis for tickets across multiple teams.
• Provide dedicated desktop support for users, including troubleshooting and managing Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE).
• Manage infrastructure operations including domestic sites and web services administration.
• Provide Tier II/III application support, including deployment of applications and collaboration platforms.
• Lead technical initiatives across desktop, infrastructure, application, and network domains, mentoring junior staff.
• Plan and lead major technical assignments across multiple project areas.
