Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 0–3 years of IT-related experience or equivalent.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting, ticket management systems, and customer service principles.
• Ability to learn technical concepts and apply fundamental IT support processes.

Responsibilities

• Log and triage tickets; perform basic troubleshooting for incidents and service requests.
• Assist with desktop support for DT/EA/CST users; manage Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) and mobile devices.
• Support infrastructure activities including card printer support and web services administration tasks.
• Assist with installation and deployment of applications under guidance of senior team members.
• Support network operations activities under supervision; coordinate with senior staff on connectivity issues.
• Collaborate to update ticket system configurations and enhance functionality under senior direction.
• Document procedures and resolutions to build knowledge base resources for users and support teams.
• Participate in change management processes and learn DT/EA/CST policies and procedures.
• Apply fundamental IT concepts across multiple IT domains under supervision.
