• Experience as a Business Analyst on IT-based Government/Defence or equivalent projects.
• Experience across all project lifecycle stages from scoping to closure.
• Experience in Agile environments using Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong relationship skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to understand business challenges and define solutions.
• Prioritise objectives and clarify feature importance with customers.
• Explain how to use applications via webinars, training or help materials.
• Translate objectives into clear technical requirements with Engineering support.
• Guide customers in implementing changes and identify tech or process solutions.
• Support development of new products for customers.
