Job summary

Profiles Personnel is working with an established and growing managed IT and cyber security provider seeking a Senior IT Support Technician to join their team. You will own more complex first, second and third line issues and act as an escalation point while leading Microsoft-centric support and projects.

This role suits an experienced technician who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges, supporting customers, and becoming the go-to person when things get tricky.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Intune is essential.
• Azure administration experience.
• High-level Microsoft 365 support and administration.
• Microsoft Copilot and wider 365 knowledge.
• Experience in IT support MSP environment (preferred).
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and take ownership.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Experience with Halo PSA, Power Apps, Power Automate or wider networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve complex first to third line IT issues.
• Act as escalation point for wider team.
• Lead on Microsoft-centric support and projects.
• Support customers and troubleshoot challenging problems.
• Collaborate with MSP environment experience.
