Job summary

Profiles Personnel is seeking a Senior IT Support Technician to join a growing MSP delivering Microsoft-focused support and security services. You will own complex first to third line tickets, act as escalation point, and lead on Intune/Azure/365 projects.

The role suits someone who enjoys technical challenges, supporting customers, and driving quality outcomes; a full UK driving licence and own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune (essential).
• Azure administration experience.
• High-level Microsoft 365 support and administration.
• Microsoft Copilot and wider 365 knowledge.
• Experience working within an IT support environment (MSP experience preferred).
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
• The confidence to troubleshoot complex issues and take ownership.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Own complex first, second and third line issues and act as escalation point.
• Lead on Microsoft-centric support and projects.
• Support customers and be the go-to person when issues are more complex.
