Job summary

Senior Support Engineer role in London with hybrid onsite presence (4 days in-office). You will deliver 1st–2nd line IT support, systems administration, and white-glove service to senior executives across global offices.

You will manage security, onboarding, patching, and collaboration tools, supporting 250+ employees worldwide. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT support for finance, strong Office 365 and Intune skills, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support and systems administration, preferably in finance or asset management.
• Proficient in Office 365, Citrix, Intune, and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred; certifications are a plus.
• Analytical, problem-solving, self-starter, and strong communicator.

Responsibilities

• System Management: Ensure smooth operation of computer systems.
• Support: Provide 1st - 2nd line support and administration.
• Executive Service: Deliver white-glove service to senior executives.
• Request Management: Prioritize and respond to service requests.
• Troubleshooting: Independently resolve IT issues.
• Security: Ensure compliance with the firm's Information Security Policy.
• Onboarding: Assist with new employee setups and asset management.
• Patch Management: Test and deploy monthly updates.
• Collaboration Tools: Oversee video conferencing and communication tools.
• Phishing Program: Administer the Knowbe4 phishing test program.
• Documentation: Maintain support documentation.
• Travel: Support remote office locations as needed.
