Based at Colworth Park, Sharnbrook, with hybrid working and travel to clinics across the East of England and East Midlands. Contribute to the IT roadmap and engage with senior stakeholders to enhance digital services.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience providing 2nd/3rd line IT support.
• Excellent communication with colleagues at all levels, including senior leaders.
• Strong time management, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop technology services across the organisation.
• Assist with IT roadmap workstreams and project implementation.
• Create user-friendly documentation and support materials and act as SME for IT.
• Investigate and resolve complex IT issues and manage matters outside external contracts.
