Job summary

The JobsBoard is seeking an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Engineer in Watford. The role offers hybrid work with two days onsite and three days remote, supporting a key customer in the Watford area.

You will work with Microsoft 365, Intune and modern endpoint management, taking ownership of escalated issues and delivering excellent customer service. UK-wide cover may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• 2nd Line experience in MSP environments.
• Confident with Microsoft 365 and Intune.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to manage escalations and own issues to resolution.
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide experienced 2nd Line technical support.
• Take ownership of escalated incidents through to resolution.
• Act as escalation point for more complex issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID environments.
• Manage devices, policies and deployments via Intune.
• Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Carry out device builds, imaging, and upgrades.
• Support users remotely and on-site as required.
• Keep customers informed and manage expectations.
• Maintain accurate ticket notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with other engineers and escalate to 3rd Line when appropriate.
