Job summary

Community Dental Services CIC is seeking a Senior Technology Support Officer to join our IT team. The role focuses on 2nd/3rd line support, leading technology projects, and driving continuous improvement through automation.

You will support and develop technology services across the organisation, deliver workstreams in the IT roadmap, and create user-friendly documentation for staff. Hybrid work with travel across the East of England and East Midlands is required.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in IT or equivalent experience.
• Extensive 2nd/3rd line IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS and telephony.
• Experience in solving complex IT issues and driving improvements.
• Experience in project delivery and ITIL/PRINCE2/Agile would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide and lead 2nd/3rd line IT support, resolving complex issues.
• Lead and support technology projects, aligning with the IT roadmap.
• Develop user-friendly documentation and support materials.
• Act as SME for IT and digital requirements across CDS.
• Investigate and resolve issues and manage out-of-contract technology matters.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives across the organisation.
