LinuxCareers is seeking an onsite IT Support professional in Greater London to handle end-user hardware and software across macOS, Windows, and Linux. You will manage provisioning, onboarding, and offboarding, plus asset tracking and disposal, while ensuring secure access and efficient incident response.

Role requires 1–2 years of corporate IT experience, strong Google Workspace administration, and a customer-first communication approach.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on IT support in a corporate environment.
• Strong troubleshooting for macOS hardware, software, and enterprise OS configurations.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS and basic Linux desktop admin/CLI troubleshooting.
• Practical admin experience with Google Workspace including user management.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary onsite technical support for walk-ups, tickets, and hardware across macOS, Windows, and Linux endpoints.
• Manage hire-to-retire IT operations including hardware provisioning, account setup, onboarding, offboarding, and asset recovery.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and group access in Google Workspace and other SaaS tools.
• Oversee physical IT asset lifecycle, inventory tracking, audits, and secure device disposal.
• Support office conference room tech including Google Meet Hardware and Zoom Rooms for events.
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotation for after-hours incidents and outages.
