Job summary

Teledyne is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to provide advanced, hands-on IT support across end-user, infrastructure and business applications in a UK manufacturing setting.

You will act as a local escalation point, owning incidents through to resolution, supporting secure operations, and contributing to technology refresh and improvement projects. Travel to UK sites is required, with occasional out-of-hours support.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering on-site and remote IT support in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Windows endpoints and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to diagnose across networks, servers, printers and meeting-room tech.
• Experience with SOX controls and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote incident support and ownership to resolution.
• Diagnose issues across Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, networks, servers, printers and meeting-room tech.
• Coach Service Desk colleagues in troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding of employees.
• Maintain ticket updates and technical documentation.
• Support manufacturing and shop-floor systems and projects.
