inTEC GROUP, a UK and Ireland technology consultancy, seeks a Senior Technical Support Specialist for a hybrid role in Reigate. You will lead escalations, manage Microsoft 365 and Azure, and support networking and security for SME clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT support experience, ideally within an MSP.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 and Azure administration.
• Strong networking and security troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills, with proven experience dealing with C-Suite
• Experience supporting small to medium-sized businesses
• Experience with VMware, Hyper‑V and backup solutions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the highest technical escalation point for service desk incidents.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and Windows Server environments.
• Support networking, firewalls, VPNs and security solutions.
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent reoccurrence.
• Work closely with customers to resolve critical incidents while ensuring systems remain secure, stable, and aligned with best practices.
• Create technical documentation and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 engineers.
• Provide recommendations for improvements to clients’ IT systems and workflows
• Alongside the Account Management team help, design and deliver solutions alongside the professional services team
