Job summary

Integrella is seeking an IT support specialist based in the UK with a weekly office presence in London. You will provide L1/L2 support across desktop, infrastructure and enterprise systems, manage incidents and changes, and support Microsoft 365, MDM, and security tooling.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining documentation are key aspects of the role. Experience with NHS integrations (InterSystems IRIS/Rhapsody) and cloud platforms like Azure is desirable.

Qualifications

Experience in IT support or service desk roles.
Familiar with ITIL Incident/Problem/Change processes.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin portals and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 support for clients and internal users across desktop, infrastructure and enterprise systems.
Manage incidents, requests and changes per SLAs and ITIL best practices.
Support Windows and macOS devices; install software and provide user assistance.
Administer internal IT systems, including M365, MDM, endpoint protection and vulnerability tools.
Monitor health, investigate alerts, perform root cause analysis to maintain service availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain continuity.
Update documentation, runbooks and operational procedures.
Assist deployment, testing, validation and monitoring using Elastic or similar tools.
Support healthcare integration platforms such as InterSystems IRIS/Ensemble and Rhapsody in NHS environments.
Triages and troubleshoots integration workflows and interface performance.
Engage in continuous improvement and knowledge sharing; communicate status to stakeholders.
