Qualifications

• End-to-end IT service delivery experience in a multi-sourced environment.
• Proven ability to lead, influence and manage change.
• Excellent communication translating technical issues into business language.
• Experience with third-party providers and SLAs.
• PRINCE2 and Agile background is beneficial.

Responsibilities
