Cadent Foundation is seeking a Service Owner Specialist in a hybrid role with travel to our Coventry office. You’ll be accountable for the end-to-end delivery and performance of IT services across a designated product line, from managing third‑party providers to ensuring 24/7 service availability.

This high‑impact role requires leadership, technical insight and strong stakeholder engagement to shape reliable, secure and customer‑focused IT services for Cadent’s UK operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT service management experience in a multi-sourced environment.
• Experience managing third-party service providers and SLAs.
• ITIL Foundation qualification (minimum).
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery and performance of IT services across a designated product line.
• Manage third-party providers and ensure 24x7 service availability.
• Lead incident resolution and drive continuous improvement.
