Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior IT/technology project delivery experience.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery practices and matrix/multi-supplier setups.
• Excellent stakeholder communication with senior stakeholders.
• Leadership of multi-discipline teams to high performance.
• Experience forecasting budgets and change control against a business case.
• Demonstrated financial acumen including P&L accountability.
• Proven risk identification and mitigation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large, complex IT/technology projects and programmes end-to-end.
• Provide strong leadership to multi-supplier teams in matrix environments.
• Develop and maintain schedules, manage risks and dependencies, remove blockers.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and ensure alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement and agile delivery practices across teams.
