Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the UK seeks a Senior Manager with extensive experience in Programme and Portfolio Management to lead and deliver complex client transformations across sectors. You will shape and plan initiatives, manage budgets and contracts, and drive automation and improved methodologies within the Programme & Change Practice.

You will mentor teams, develop new offerings, and contribute to business development and internal training, with a flexible, hybrid working model across the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, multi-supplier transformation initiatives across various industries.
• Commercial acumen to structure deals for mutual benefit to clients and Capgemini.
• Experience with multiple delivery approaches and hybrid PMO/Agile models.
• Experience with automation solutions to improve P3M processes.

Responsibilities

• Leading shaping, planning, and delivery of medium to large-scale client transformation initiatives.
• Managing budgets, resource profiles, billing and contracts across engagements.
• Developing delivery strategies and new offerings using existing assets and new insights.
• Contributing to the Programme and Change Practice and upskilling consultants.
• Structuring and leading teams on client delivery; mentoring junior colleagues.
