Capgemini, a global technology and consulting leader, is seeking a senior SAP leader to own complex deliveries for a major UK public sector programme. You will work with senior clients, delivery teams and architects to shape solutions and drive transformation across the SAP platform.

This role spans design, mobilisation, implementation and live service, with focus on quality, governance and measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Senior leader with proven delivery of complex SAP programmes in regulated or public sector environments.
• Excellent consulting and client engagement skills with ability to shape solutions.
• Experience guiding delivery across full lifecycle from design to live service.
• Ability to develop others and build high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions from shaping requirements to handover.
• Run client workshops and governance forums to translate needs into clear designs.
• Provide delivery oversight ensuring designs are compliant and traceable to standards.
• Manage risks and ensure a smooth transition to live services.
• Build strong client relationships and advise on roadmap priorities.
