Qualifications

• Cyber Essentials and GDPR security standards (mandatory).
• Microsoft 365 services: Email, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive (mandatory).
• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022; Group Policy and security policies.
• Azure administration and implementation.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical assistance to customers and act as a trusted contact for support.
• Visit customer sites to investigate, resolve issues, perform installations and maintenance.
• Manage incidents and requests via the Service Desk; ensure SLA adherence.
• Escalate critical or high-priority issues to management as needed.
• Organise daily workloads and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor environments to ensure reliability and business alignment.
• Install, configure, test, maintain and repair IT hardware and software.
• Document work and update ticket information accurately.
