Job summary

New Look is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst to maintain and evolve core technology across stores, distribution centres, cloud platforms and corporate services. You will ensure services are secure, resilient and scalable, providing 3rd line support, leading major incidents and driving infrastructure improvements.

You will own day-to-day operation of the Microsoft 365 platform, manage hybrid infrastructure (Azure, Entra ID, DNS, VPN, Citrix, SQL), and drive automation using PowerShell

Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate is required.
• ITIL Foundation certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Entra ID, AD and Microsoft 365 with security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead P1 and P2 incident resolution with cross-functional resolver teams.
• Plan and implement IT infrastructure changes and service improvements.
• Be the subject matter expert for server, storage and cloud infrastructure.
