Job summary

Tech4 is seeking a 3rd Line Engineer to provide expert Microsoft 365, Azure, and infrastructure support across multiple managed customers. You will act as a senior escalation point, diagnose complex issues, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to projects, migrations, and security improvements.

The role combines remote support, project work, and occasional on-site visits. You will work with MSP teams, maintain server and network infrastructure, and help deliver reliable, secure IT

Qualifications

• Proven senior 3rd line MSP experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 admin skills including Exchange Online.
• Solid Windows Server and Active Directory management.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud migrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line technical support and escalation.
• Diagnose and resolve complex Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking issues.
• Mentor Level 1/2 engineers, promote knowledge sharing.
• Assist with customer onboarding, migrations and infrastructure upgrades.
• Participate in technical reviews, customer meetings and solution discussions.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Manage workload and adhere to SLAs.
• Occasional on-site installations and project work.
