New Look is looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst to enhance the technology infrastructure across stores and corporate services in the UK. This role is crucial to maintaining secure and resilient IT services, providing 3rd line support, and implementing infrastructure changes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
• Proven ability to support physical and virtualisation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line operational support to IT service teams.
• Lead technical activity on major incidents.
• Implement and test infrastructure changes.

Skills

Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

ITIL Foundation

Microsoft 365

Strong working knowledge of enterprise technologies

Experience with enterprise storage and backup solutions

Proven ability to manage server infrastructure

Hands-on experience with Managed File Transfer

Experience with MECM & Endpoint Manager

Experience with Active Directory Policy Administration
