• Strong troubleshooting skills across complex infrastructure and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex 3rd line issues.
• Lead and support the 3rd line engineering team in daily operations and delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced infrastructure, cloud, networking, and security incidents.
