Job summary

ARCA Consulting Ltd is partnering with a leading e‑commerce company to hire a hands‑on Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst / 3rd Line Support Engineer. The role covers both on‑premises and cloud environments within a large Microsoft stack and offers a hybrid model with two days on‑site.

You will own major incidents, lead infrastructure changes, and contribute to projects from planning through testing. 10–12 month FTC with potential to become permanent.

Qualifications

• Hands-on 3rd line infrastructure and support experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, 365, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex incidents and lead technical changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on 3rd line infrastructure and technical support.
• Act as escalation point for complex infrastructure issues and coordinate resolution.
• Lead during major incidents (P1/P2) and drive fixes across resolver teams.
• Maintain hybrid Microsoft infrastructure (cloud and on‑premises).
• Work with VMware/Hyper‑V virtualization, ConfigMgr/Intune, and ithe end-user environment.
