Qualifications

• Experience in 2nd line IT support handling complex issues.
• Solid knowledge of IT systems, including networks, servers, hardware and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• ITIL/CompTIA/Microsoft certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line IT support and own issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot networks, servers, applications and peripherals.
• Build strong relationships with the client's IT team.
• Document incidents, solutions and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for service and process improvements.
