Job summary

Cathcart Technology in Edinburgh is seeking a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join a growing MSP. The role is predominantly office-based with hybrid working after six months and involves solving complex user issues across Microsoft 365, Windows and macOS, plus networking.

You will take ownership of tickets through to resolution, maintain documentation, and deliver high-quality customer service on-site in central Scotland with occasional travel. A full UK driving licence is essential.
