AspireCom Recruitment is seeking a seasoned 3rd Line IP Network Engineer in London to join its MSP, delivering advanced support across SD‑WAN, LAN, WAN, firewall, and Meraki/Cisco environments. You will escalate complex incidents and guide customers through multi‑vendor architectures.

Qualifications

5+ years in a Service Desk, NOC, Network Operations, or Technical Support environment.
Experience in ISP/MSP environments.
Hands‑on networking with advanced troubleshooting skills.
Strong TCP/IP understanding and enterprise network architectures.
Experience supporting SD‑WAN, routing, switching, and firewall platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a customer‑focused setting.

Responsibilities

Provide 3rd line technical support and escalation management for enterprise networks.
Troubleshoot complex LAN, WAN, SD‑WAN, wireless, and security issues.
Maintain customer network infrastructure across multi‑vendor environments.
Act as primary escalation point for service desk and NOC teams.
Diagnose routing, switching, firewall, and connectivity issues.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, carriers, and third‑party providers.
Implement network changes, upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
Monitor network performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Contribute to incident response and root cause analysis.
Maintain network diagrams and operational procedures.
Support change management and service continuity.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
