Aspirecom is seeking an experienced 3rd Line IP Network Engineer for our London office. You will own complex MPLS, SD-WAN, firewall, and wireless issues, acting as the senior escalation point in a high‑pressure environment.

You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with enterprise customers and vendors to ensure uptime, rapid incident resolution, and rigorous operational standards. 55k–65k GBP with a 20% bonus and a £2,500 training budget.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5+ years in a Service Desk, NOC, ISP, or MSP environment.
• Hands-on networking with routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
• Deep expertise in SD-WAN, managed firewalls, and multi-vendor architectures.
• Knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and Meraki platforms.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert 3rd line technical support across complex MPLS networks, SD-WAN, and security environments.
• Act as senior escalation point for SD-WAN, LAN, WAN, firewalls, and wireless incidents.
• Maintain and support IP network infrastructure for high availability and security compliance.
• Troubleshoot multi-vendor routing/switching issues across Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet/Meraki.
• Support network upgrades, changes, and maintenance windows.
