As a 3rd Line IP Network Support Engineer, you will provide advanced technical support and operational expertise across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, managed firewall, and wireless network environments. Acting as a senior escalation resource, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues, coordinate with customers and third-party vendors, and ensure timely resolution of service-impacting incidents. The role involves supporting business-critical network infrastructure, implementing upgrades and changes, maintaining operational stability, and driving continuous service improvement. You will work closely with service desk teams, NOC engineers, customers, and technology partners to ensure excellent service delivery across diverse enterprise environments.
