Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Senior Planner for the Store Support Centre in London. You will lead financial plans, assortment strategies by channel, and inventory planning to support brand objectives across merchandising, allocations, and sourcing.

You will mentor the planning team, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize gross margin, sales, and inventory turns. Excel expertise and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of merchandise planning experience in apparel, including team leadership.
• Omni‑channel experience is highly desirable.
• Strong financial & business acumen for inventory management.
• Ability to translate a merchandise vision into viable plans.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate and execute financial plans supporting merchandising and brand goals.
• Create assortment plans by style-colour level and channel.
• Forecast sales and manage inventory flow for key items.
• Drive sales, margin, and inventory turn to maximize profitability.
• Prepare and participate in Merchandise Review meetings.
• Harmonize top-down plans with bottom-up style-colour plans.
• Support brand's financial success by meeting sales, margin targets.
• Recommend seasonal merchandise flow strategies to maximize sales.
• Analyze historical data and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
