Callaway Golf Europe is seeking a Demand & Supply Planner to develop SKU-level forecasts across the EMEA region and support the monthly planning cycle. The role requires strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration to balance demand with supply plans.

You will work hybrid, with a mix of home-based work and Chessington head office days, focusing on data-driven forecasting and inventory optimization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Maths, Economics, or a Business related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas.
• Demand forecasting and planning principles.
• Data analysis and structured decision making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts across the EMEA region.
• Support monthly sales planning and forecasting processes.
• Align forecasts with product life cycle and seasonal strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and Revenue Planning teams.
• Monitor supply chain performance and support S&OP processes.
