Job summary

National Highways is recruiting a Senior Employee Communications Advisor to develop and deliver employee communications across multiple channels in line with the engagement strategy. The post holder will ensure colleagues receive timely information to support them in their work and understand their role in delivering National Highways' objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong background in internal/employee communication.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using data/insights to measure effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and publish content across intranet, weekly newsletter and digital platforms.
• Provide communication advice to business priorities and projects.
• Plan and deliver employee communication content and campaigns.
• Use data/feedback to measure and improve channels and content.
• Coordinate and support delivery of colleague and leadership events.
