Are you passionate about shaping internal communications and engaging a global workforce? An exciting position as an Internal Communications Senior Manager is available within a leading organisation in the Pharmaceutical Industry. This role, based in Greater London, offers the chance to lead and innovate within a dynamic, multinational environment. This is a 12 month contract with the potential to extend and offers Outside IR35.

Key duties and responsibilities

• As the Internal Communications Senior Manager, you will lead the implementation, governance, and ongoing management of the global employee communications platform, Connect.
• As the Internal Communications Senior Manager, you will develop and execute communication plans for key business initiatives, organisational changes, and strategic projects.
• As the Internal Communications Senior Manager, you will partner with senior leaders to develop and communicate strategic business messages.
• As the Internal Communications Senior Manager, you will oversee the development and publication of content on the company intranet.

Skills and experience

• Degree education, ideally with emphasis on Communications, English, or Public Relations.
• Proven industry experience in internal communications, employee communications, or corporate communications.
• A working knowledge and practical experience with managing digital internal communications channels, employee apps, or intranet platforms.
