• Advise executives and senior leaders on communications to strengthen leadership visibility.
• Translate strategy and transformation into clear, engaging communications for colleagues.
• Shape communications for major transformation programmes and ensure effective leadership communications.
• Modernise channels, governance, and technology to create an agile, data-driven service.
