TheFork is seeking a high-energy, target-driven sales professional to join our UK outbound sales team. This desk-based role focuses on new business acquisition, managing your own pipeline, and closing deals in a competitive environment.

You will prospect restaurants via cold calls, conduct virtual demos, and support onboarding of new hires while sharing best practices to improve team performance. Hybrid work with occasional travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, additional languages a plus.
• 5+ years in high-volume outbound or inside sales.
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycle and meet targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to close over the phone.

Responsabilités

• Prospect restaurants via cold calls and outbound outreach.
• Conduct virtual meetings and product demos.
• Manage your own pipeline from first contact to close.
• Negotiate and close deals in a competitive environment.
• Follow up with prospects to move deals forward.
• Support onboarding and ramp-up of new hires.
• Share best practices to improve team performance.
• Act as a role model for activity and pipeline management.
